Responsibilities :Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of company brand and business activities.Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns, broadcast and online platforms to ensure the company products and services meet customers’ expectation and to build the credibility of company brand.Develop pricing strategies, balancing school objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.Plan and execute marketing campaigns for company products and services includes launching of new products and services if any.Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factors.Evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote company products and services and supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.Direct the training and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities with a reporting to the Chief Executive on areas needing attention.Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications and manage a team of graphic designers.Negotiate contracts with vendors and agents to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.Conduct inventory lists on marketing materials and keep par stock consistently.Maintain budget lists on marketing materials and promotional activities.Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.Conduct termly briefing for all staff (administration and teachers) on the school promotional ideas and how to counsel parents based on the idea of “everyone sells”.Perform any other duty as instructed by management as and when required.Qualification :-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.Proven experiences as Brand Marketing Director or Senior Brand Manager.More than 10 years brand marketing and promotional activities.Ability to work unpredicted hours.Meticulous and disciplined in paper documentation.Hardworking and lead by example.
