Learn, develop understanding and competency of client’s products/offerings & business expectationsPerform outbound sales calls and qualify potential leadsEnsure calls and sales notes are accurately recorded and maintained in CRMTrack leads and timely follow up to ensure daily orders and targets are metEnsure quotations are prepared timely and accurately processedTo ensure good rapport and relationships with customers with the ability to influence and create immediate or progressive product needsTo achieve daily/monthly KPIThe "extra-mile" attitude to drive & increase personal sales targets and business sales volume

Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa MalaysiaOpen for SPM with minimum Credits (English & BM) & Pass (Maths), with additional 2 years of working experience related to Telesales/Sales/OmniChannel or related field (1 year in Telesales/Sales + 1 year in OmniChannel or related field) ORDiploma/Degree Fresh GraduatesGood presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customers' needsPleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skillsFlexible, responsible and self-disciplinedGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (eg CRM software, email), telephone and typing skillsApplicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
