We invite you to get to know us and ndash Discover our culture how we do it and why we love it Job Responsibilities Communicate coordinate gather requirements and define business analysis requirements from partners customer and different business function Translating and simplify the requirements to different level of stakeholder Prepare Business Requirement document BRD and Functional Specification documents FSD Develop business relationship with partners customer system development team working with them to ensure system is enhanced as per user requirement Assume responsibility for project tasks and work with project managers to ensure projects are complete in a timely fashion Perform quality assurance testing verification validation and recommend new enhancement to improve IT processes Define and provide progress reporting and manage change requirements CR in a timely and structure manner and communicate to stakeholder for review and approval Perform related duties as assigned or requested Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Computer Telecommunication or equivalent At least 8 - 9 years of working experience in the related field preferably Senior business analyst specialising in accounting solution analysis Finance transformation project experience within a major financial services company Data analysis and data integration experience Chart of accounts analysis and ndash determining correct account segmentation based on reporting requirements including MI requirementsAccounting rules implementation experience Analysis of financial reporting requirements and ndash and designing extracts reports based on sub ledger dataAbility to define insurance product life cycle and identify the resulting accounting events from this life cycle Test strategy and planningTeam player and ability to work with technical resourcesAbility to run workshops with technology support and business attendanceAbility to work with and liaise with vendor resources and across geographies Highly mathematical as IFRS17 implementations will require the resource to work with actuaries and be able to understand the actuarial model outputs and processes Advantageous insurance industry experience especially solvency II Advantageous exposure to IFRS17Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT Computer - Software or equivalent Willing to travel and work based at Singapore for the first 6 - 12 months duration 2 Full-Time and Contract positions available
