Job Summary As a Business Analyst BA works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties ERP vendors to define and document business processes and change request requirements for system enhancements and process improvement To assess business impact of those changes analyse and support communicate delivery of requirements with stakeholder Job Responsibilities Provide a supporting role towards facilitating the successful implementation of an ERP system Effectively liaise with vendors project and internal ERP team Provide guidance briefing training where necessary in respect of ERP matters Assist the business operations personnel of the respective group to gather analyse requirements and document business requirements Create and maintain a positive business and operation relationships Facilitate the process moving towards Group standard ERP applications Assist in the work processes and workflow in other non-ERP areas Comply with all applicable systems development processes and project management best practices Standardize processes to provide consistency in systems delivery and support Develop and enhance policy and procedures to keep processes relevant and efficient Instill personal quality culture and adopt good practices in delivering systems Promote customer centric and service oriented support and services Support and collaborate closely on cross functional team effort Any additional and ad-hoc task as assigned by Team LeadJob Qualifications Bachelor and rsquo s Degree in IT or its equivalentThe ability to identify and understand the operational business needs and to translate to operations terms for vendors solutions selection Good understanding of business and IT process flow Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently under minimal supervision strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning System like Oracle EBS InforLN MS Navision is an added advantage Willing to travel outstation or abroad depending on project requirements Experience in automotive industry a plus advantage Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent Required skills oracle ebs inforln MS Navision Required languages EnglishAt least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT Computer - Software or equivalent Full-Time positions available
