We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a role to map existing processes & workflows and help develop process improvements. The work will cover operational processes required by the relevant business unit, as well as supporting best practice work processes.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the key objectives of the role will be to:Map existing processes and workflows and document them in a format usable by consulting staffDevelop standard operating processes for specific business processesIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvement according to best practice (including barriers if applicable)Highlight where the use of software and business systems will improve operational efficiencyContribute to communicating change via presentations, handbooks, and training materialsWork on other business projects as requiredTo be considered for this role you will have:Excellent skills in engaging and managing stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal skills with the ability to produce high-quality written documents and presentationsExperience with Business Process MappingBe technology savvy and comfortable using a range of business software (Microsoft as well as other systems)This position will initially be hired on a 1-year contract.
