Reporting to the Head of Centre for Excellence the role is responsible for driving business via its Financial Advisor FA channel through product training and sales support initiative You are responsible for achieving the FAs sales target and are expected to assist in planning coordinating and delivering effective product training and sales related training programs Besides core duties of delivering product and related training you will also handle and coordinate enquiries from the FAs on product information new business cases new FA and FA Representative FAR applications You are required to provide effective support to the financial advisors which includes tracking their sales productivity You are the key liaison person with the FAs and FARs You should be self-starter someone who enjoys working as part of a professional business development team to groom these financial advisors into productive Insurance Advisor Being able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment will allow you to excel in this role You should possess a good degree with at least three years relevant experience in life insurance and or retail financial services business in the areas of training sales or marketing You should have sound understanding of insurance product knowledge and financial planning If you are looking for a change in career we would like to hear from you The Person A strong Business Degree in Management Economics Finance or MarketingAt least three 3 years relevant experience in a sales and marketing role preferably in a financial services environmentStrong analytical thinking and customer service oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishDetailed and result driven with good business acumen creative and innovative thinkingAble to meet multiple concurrent deadlines and manage inter department teams to help meet these deadlinesLikes the financial services sector and would explore long term career opportunities in this sector
