Identifying and finalizing new properties, and for maintaining relationship with all stakeholders to run these properties profitablyResponsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supplyCross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographiesCreating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimizationProposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities


3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business developmentPrior experience in managing cross-functional teamsExperience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantageFocused and possess sales mindsetFluent communication and ability to manage situations on the groundIntelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation drivenDemonstrates high ethical values
