Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, F&B, Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent.At least 5 to 6 years’ of working experiences in a similar capacity preferably in F&B or retail related industry.Understand and have experience working in POS system.Must be able to understand the entire business process and procedures of a restaurant management and operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse staffs and franchisees.Able to coach, facilitate and mentor a diverse group or workforce.Self-discipline and self-motivated with dynamic personality to always strive for better results and is a natural driver.Possess leadership qualities to lead, coach, communicate and motivate franchisees towards meeting/ exceeding the marketing goals and objectives.Need to be sensitive to different types of cultureMust be willing to travel frequently.
