Achieve annual sales target

Develop sales strategies and negotiate product sales directly with customers

Run road show and expo to acquire new leads

Keep the Sales Leadership and Product Management regularly informed on the status of all key account activities

Provide market intelligence to Sales Leadership and Marketing team

Establish and grow business relationships with key decision makers, identifying and developing strong relationships, and appropriately utilizing influencers and advocates

Preparation of tender related document, attending tender site, interview and meeting with client

Input data with different opportunities and various sales updates using CRM

Prepare initial sales presentations and proposal packets using PowerPoint

Request financing quotes from financing partners

Cultivate consistent email communication for customers

Track key milestones and manage different project in different stages

Provide support with other projects as needed

Job Requirements

3+ years of sales operations experience (preferably in solar industry)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Superior presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales volume; ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills

Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and close business on a consistent basis

Demonstrated experience in selling high value solutions by leveraging compelling ROI calculations

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to discover customer problems and implications, establish value and financial justification resulting in customer purchase

Ability to Travel 50% of the time

Strong computer skills, highly proficient within Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
