Job Description

Job Scope

1 Identify issues, troubleshoot and drive for the root cause utilizing application knowledge and expertise Perform moderately complex end-to-end view analysis to solve business processes and supporting applications problems while using knowledge article to aid in problem resolution; Actively contribute to the knowledge database

2 Assess business processes, system design/function and its related integration utilizing knowledge of business critical applications and processes including business impacts when services are not available

3 Collaborate with stakeholders (eg, solution architects/ vendors/ technology, operations teams) to resolve issues or requests raised in a timely manner and meeting agreed service levels as well as KPIs while seeking to understand and applying sound judgement and escalate to other team members as appropriate

4 Identify opportunities, participates and contributes actively to improvement initiatives (in collaboration with various stakeholders) that will bring about operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction

5 Other incidental duties

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in equivalent fieldAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
