Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION / MAIN PURPOSE

This position requires an understanding and working knowledge of Computerised Work Order Management System functional capabilities and workflows primarily in facilities operations and maintenanceThe successful candidate must have a working knowledge of facilities related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets Data collection and loading

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify, create, and manage data related to facility equipment/assets, their locations and hierarchyCoordinate with the on-site Facility Manager, staff and the in-house maintenance team to ensure preventive maintenance schedules are correctly set up as per the operation requirementIn conjunction with the on-site Building Manager and staff and the in-house maintenance team, review and modify/create facility maintenance job/work plans, routes, and preventive maintenance tasksWork with the transition team to cover end to end transition covering data collection, data validation and system configuration, in setting up the system for transition go liveWork closely with off-site team to ensure data requirements meet local objectives and expectationsCreate training and operations documentationProvide training to the on-site Building Manager and staff and the in-house maintenance team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of experience working with Maximo in a system and end-user support capacityBachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college/university, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experienceDemonstrated working knowledge of facilities related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets elementsGood understanding of Facility management and finance workflows
