Job Description

Work closely with Regional and Local Finance Managers in executing and delivering Business System and Finance Operation related local and regional value-added synergies initiative as and when required Responsible for finance project stakeholder managements Acting as Project Manager representing finance department on deliverables from developing plans project specification to UAT deployment carrying out UATs on developed application following up on agreed action plans vendors internal users and to solve any issues arise Ensuring no operation disruption during business systems and method change management Undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues and implementing preventative measures as appropriateWork closely with Internal Auditor in assigned internal audit to ensure compliance of established policies and procedures Strengthening internal controls deficiencies identified as well as provide recommendations and rectification plans Maintain support documentation as appropriate reviewing finance policies and procedures and make recommendations for alignment to the Group and rsquo s strategies Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time The successful candidate will haveMinimum 5 years of related working experience in similar capacity At least a Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Finance Accounting Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent Related experience with process improvement systems and project management Strong knowledge of accounting standards and good foundation of accounting Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills team building and time management skills Proven ability to build relationships gain consensus and collaborate in cross functional teams on complex projects and initiatives Experienced in Project Change Management methodology is an added advantage Ability to effectively manage priorities and adjust as priorities changes Strong organizational and people management skills Excellent communication and inter personnel skills Self-motivator proactive resourceful able to work independently Systematic in project documentation Familiarity with ERP is and added advantage
