Job Description

Position summary
A strong team player who can work independently and ensure that outlet is managed well and results are delivered

Reporting to
Store Manager/Operations manager

Job Responsibilities
Operational Assistance
Manage, direct and coordinate all operationrelated activities in a proficient andpleasant mannerMaintain high level of customer service as per standards Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer serviceEnsure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executedMaintain our brand image and represent the brand is well at all timesCommunicate daily and act as a liaison between kitchen and service teams as well as store team and managementEnsure that yourself and store team members report on time to work and in proper uniform and groomingManage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outletEnsure that POS system is operational and accurate at all timesExecute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors
People and culture
Create good working environment and develop store team by identifying areas that needs training and action to support itMotivate, guide and train employees to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manualManage an efficient team of kitchen and service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development
Administration and other duties
Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to dayoperationsMaintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outletPrepare the daily sales reportMonitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed
At least 1 year of working experience in F&BComfortable with Microsoft excel, word and Power pointPleasant personality and results driven attitudeGood customer service and interpersonal skillsProactive and able to take initiativeWilling to learnAbility to work in fast paced environmentWilling to work on weekends and public holidaysCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field10 Full-Time position(s) available
