To handle customer inquiry & complaints through phone call and facebook webpage onweekday,weekend and Public Holiday
Enter customer data entry & other relevant information in the call center database or attend facebook complaints
Take ownership of issues & concern of customer
Willing to learn
Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required
Communicate well with Team Leader and/or Manager/Supervisor or Person In Charge
Prefer for those who are JuniorlevelCustomer Service/from inbound/ Outbound/ Marketing Call Center may apply
At least 1 year of working experience in related field or customer service/call center would be an added advantage
Excellent communication inEnglish and Bahasa Melayu& basic customer services skills
To work in a team environment & support each other in multitasking
Customer services skills - attentiveness, empathy, patience & consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners & communication skills
Analytical thinking & high problem-solving skills
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Personal Services or equivalent
Required Skill(s) Good Communication Skill, polite, patience, Attend to customer complaint, Problem Solving skill
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
