Handle Inbound call to solve customer's general inquiry and complaints related to company products, account payment issue and etc.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements:
MinSPM, and Above.Willing to work as rotating shift hours basis. (Rotate Every 3 months)Earliest Shift start at 6AMLastest Shift start at 5PMAble to work in Cyberjaya.Market Serve: AustraliaMust be Good in communicate with English Language.
