JOB SUMMARYPlan and propose the sales forecast for the year and execute it by monthly basis with the team and agentsLead the brand ambassadors to recruit new agents and deliver the team and rsquo s results for example setting and achieving the sales target set for the agents maintaining relationships with existing customers through planned office visits or follow-up communications via calls or emails Ensure timely and complete submission of new agents applications to Bank Negara MalaysiaPlan and complete preparation to start commencement of business for newly approved agents in a timely mannerTurnaround inactive or poor performing agents by visiting agent and rsquo s outlet meeting with the Key Responsible Persons to identify the gaps and action plansCollaborate with agents on marketing plans such as recruiting sales promoters at right locations of the agentsJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSAt least 4 years of experience in remittance and money exchange field or sales departmentEducation background of bachelor and rsquo s degree or equivalentTenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential agentKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeIn-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industryAgent focused to gain salesComfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all dayAbility to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of peopleStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel or CRM Salesforce experience preferredExcellent verbal communication skills able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customersDemonstrated and proven sales resultsRequired skills channel sales and management retail business management Sales And Channel Management Required languages EnglishApplicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking Financial Services Retails or equivalent Full-Time positions available
