We are looking for enthusiastic individual to our Food Service team JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Plan direct and supervise the food preparation and cooking activities of kitchen 2 Coordinate planning budgeting and purchasing for all food operations 3 Organize and control the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according to the company and local statutory regulations incorporating the aspects of nutrition hygiene safety and cleanliness 4 Ensure quality standards are achieved at all time in regards to recipe specifications and measurements adapting weights nutrition and diet requirement 5 Established practical guidelines for food serving such as portion specifications tray presentation temperature and palatability of food served 6 Monitor and check the quality and quantity of food prepared to ensure the standards are met 7 Order food and other supplies needed to ensure efficient and effective operation 8 Monitor and control stock levels ensure correct storage and rotation procedures are followed 9 Receive deliveries and check quality and receipts against specifications and orders 10 Develop implement and review menu and standard recipes as per schedule 11 Analyze recipe to determine food cost 12 Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs 13 Maintain safety of equipment and sanitary condition of the kitchen 14 Keep record of production and operational data 15 Develop and implement policies and procedures and quality assurance activities 16 Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services 17 Provide develop train and maintain a professional and competent work force REQUIREMENTS 1 Candidate must posses at least Certificate Diploma Degree in Culinary or equivalent 2 At least 5 years of working experience in hotel restaurant or other institutions Preferably at healthcare setting 3 Possess high level of cooking skills and catering knowledge 4 Good leadership and supervisory skill strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities people oriented critical in thinking detailed oriented ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment 5 Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and oral
