You will be involved in selling Credit Cards productActively promote and acquire New-To-Bank NTB clients through roadshows and generate new leads for acquisition purposesAble to cross sell products based on customer and rsquo s financial needsComplete and submit all submissions in an accurate and timely mannerWill be required to work on weekends and shifts depending on road show events and outstation activitiesTake ownership on customer complaints and problems and solve it in a timely mannerAdhere to corporate and business specific compliance policies guidelines and regulation at all timesProject a positive and approachable image at all timesAble to coach team memberTo be a backup for sales managerRequirements Minimum SPM or a Diploma holder with 2 or more years of relevant sales working experienceShould have a proven sales track record and knowledge in banking and retail products are an added advantageService oriented with excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skillsArticulate and strong communication skills Multi-lingual is an added advantagePassion for dealing with people and sales orientedPossess own transportation
