Job Description

You will be assigned to a Telemarketing Sales team as a permanent employee. This tele-sales team will be responsible to contact existing customer base to sell insurance products by leveraging our partnership with AIA.
To make outbound call to Citibank credit card customer to cross sell customer need based insurance product using consultative selling techniqueResponsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of an effective telephone processTo follow the sales submission and voice recording process accuratelyTo register sales and update all relevant information in the application systemTo meet KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on total calls, new leads touched, talk time and total sales achievedTo ensure adherence to Bank’s Compliance and Control policy and processes

Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification (minimum 5 passes including BM) Preferably degree/diplomaInsurance license Certifications (PCE-Life)Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targetsConfident telephone skillsGood closing skillsThe ability to work both independently and as a team playerStrong listening skillsAdditional languages would be advantageous
