Citibank Berhad - Investment Product Manager KLDescription As part of a strong wealth management business franchise you will join a dynamic team of investment product specialists and be responsible as a product manager for Retail Bond and Structured ProductYou will be required to oversee the end-to-end product sales and operational processes to ensure timely and seamless delivery of product solutionsA key role will be to drive initiatives to streamline and automate processes and to enhance digital capabilities thereby increasing efficiencies and enhancing customer experienceIn addition there will be a strong focus on compliance and controls including system enhancements to ensure a robust framework around regulatory and operational risksYou must have strong partnership with Relationship Managers and Specialists to deliver the best solutions for clientsYou are expected to build relationships with product providers operations unit technology and Regional Product to ensure the top-notch delivery of productsYou will work with the Investment Business Head to help fulfil the business strategy and direction Qualifications A Degree and at least 2-6 years of experience in wealth management predominantly in product development roles An advanced degree or Finance related certification will be an advantageStrong analytical skills and keen interest in economic and market newsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be a self-starter with drive and initiative and eagerness to learnBusiness proficiency in another relevant market language besides English will be a strong advantagePossess relevant knowledge in controls system functions and process flowsMature disposition with resilience and perseverance
