Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities assigned Manage sales team and deliver professional cost effective and quality telesales functions to achieve the mission and objectives of maximum profitability and growth in line with company target and values To manage and supervise a sales teamTo support and enable team members to achieve KPI in productivityTo monitor team members and rsquo attendance and maintain staff turnover rateTo ensure working data for the team and daily tracking reports are updated accurately and timelyTo coach and develop sales team to enhance their knowledge and selling skillTo identify and develop potential leadership candidates for career developmentPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and or other requirementsRequirements QualificationsConfident intelligent independent target-oriented and resourcefulGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to effectively document complex issues and proposals in succinct and persuasive mannerExcellent understanding of and response to the changing selling environmentDemonstrated teamwork and leadership skillsEducation and ndash Degree holder in any discipline and or non-degree holders with strong related working experience orExperience and ndash Over 2 years and rsquo relevant experience of which at least 6 months should be in a supervisory capacityInsurance License Certification - PCE Life
