Record and follow up customer’s payment in timely manner
Prepare PO and Invoice to sublets and vendors
Assist on staff claims and OT calculation
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities, or performing similar clerical duties
Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operation
Assisting the office with personnel tasks within agreed framework
Files all correspondence, forms and compiles records
Records and purchase merchandise for service operation used
In-charge of receives and count daily business cash
Update Service Manager on daily job status
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Performs other duties as requested
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Candidate with 2 years of related working experience will has additional advantage
Candidate must be able to cope with tight deadline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Candidate must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
Candidate must be willing to accept contract position
