Job Description

As a Client Care Specialistof The Offshore Partners Sdn Bhd you will be responsible for

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Handle incoming data and audio communication using Asterisk & Vicci platforms, process account details on salesforce & other client provided OETs

Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated US regions;

Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;

Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;

Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;

Schedule Installation support team visits to client residences for the installation of communication services at their respective locations

Process charges for our clients using credit card, debit card or bank account information

Process charge back requests

Carry out any other tasks assigned by Operations Manager

Job Requirements

We offer a basic pay of RM2,500 and commission is paid every two month

The candidate must have experience in handling calls for US customers

Experience with good communication skills in English language

At least Diploma or Degree holder in any field

Have good experience in Customer Service will be considered also

Can start immediately and training will be provideded
