Job Description

Job Purpose
This role would be executing the daily operational tasks of providing excellent quality of client service directly to client with accurate information.
Executives must adhere to operational standards and procedures set by the department head and other related operational departments.
These tasks would include attending to clients queries, complaints, issues and problems which might come from any available touch points provided to client.
Businesses served are both for Conventional and Takaful Shared Service clients with the agreed SLA within the company. Should there be any difficulties faced in accomplishing this tasks while providing a client oriented approach, he/she is required to escalate to the manager in charged for any decision making or appropriate approach to protect the companys image and brand.
Responsibilities
  • To attend and respond accordingly to telephone, email, letter and face to face enquiries received from clients and business partners
  • To provide Excellent Client Service by being client oriented.
  • Attending to clients queries via call within a timely basis.
  • Track all case-related communication & documentation into relevant tracking tool.
  • To ensure that all the cases are handled efficiently and effectively, attended to according to the agreed SLA
  • To manage good attendance to ensure there is no interruption on daily operations.
  • Schedule and make follow up emails/ letters/ calls or face to face appointments to clients on complex cases.
  • Resolution of issues pertaining to clients policies by liaising with internal departments involved.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided by recommended necessary action to the Client.
  • To ensure all the cases to be completed within the time frame without major errors.
  • Able to think out of the box e.g. in order to provide the excellent service and WOW the Clients
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Contract position(s) available.
