Job Responsibility (willing to work in shift)
Handle investors & financial adviser's enquiries and transactional needs via phone, email and live chat effectivelyResponsible in providing reliable and accurate explanation or solutions professionally and promptlyAble to explain basic investment concepts and product features to investorsLiaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customersConsolidate investors & financial advisers' feedback and seek to improve service quality and user-friendliness of company websiteUndertakes special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required by superior or business ownerProvide accurate information and personalize services to clientsProactive in liaising with various operation teams to resolve issue
Requirements
Proficient in English and Mandarin (Read & Write)Diploma or Degree holder with 1 year working experienceCandidates who possessed at least 1 – 2 years of experiences in customer service will have an advantageWorking experience in a contact centre environment handling inbound call are encouraged to applyAble to work on public holidays and weekendsCustomer orientation and initiative
