Job Description

The Client Services Executive - Resource Planner plays an important role in order management for our LRQA business within Lloyd's Register The main job responsibility is tooptimise fee-earning resource utilisation (Auditors) through intelligent planning

Key Responsibilities
To plan client visits/activities in line with client and business needs, through effective and efficient allocation of available field force resources Includes dealing with business queries and resolving resource/planning problems within agreed deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirementsAssist the Client Services Manager in fulfilling resource plans against budgeted days/targets Monitor Auditors usage, downtime, assessor inductions and training programmesCommunicate details of planned visits/activities to Assessors, ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are understoodLiaise with other LRQA business areas and offices to ensure effective prioritisation of resource in the development and delivery of LRQA servicesAssist the Client Services Manager to implement plans regarding resource capabilityResponsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data in LRQA business systems

Job Requirements
Experience of working in a resource planning or logistics environment is an advantageGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishNative Speaker - Bahasa Indonesia to manage Indonesian ClientsPolite and approachable mannerAble to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlinesAble to analyse problems and assist with developing solutions whilst meeting the requirements of internal procedures and external regulatory authoritiesAble to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental/business objectives
