Job duties include but are not limited to:To develop the territory and account-specific sales plan, targeting clinical accounts such as hospitals and service labsTo demonstrate role and relevance of Science Vision’s product portfolio and provide consultation to customersTo demonstrate command of scientific knowledge and to engage in collaborative saleTo effectively prospect and generate new customer leadsTo manage the new and existing customer baseTo develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in the organization.To solve the customer complaintsEngage in accurate forecastingResponsible for the basic sales operations workflow such as issuing quotation, monitoring the status of P.O, D.O and following up the payment etc.Responsible for the Marketing event – Pre, During and Post event activities such as introducing the new technology platforms and products to the marketTo consistently update the case opportunities in Bitrix and engage in accurate forecasting.To assist in the delivery of the customer samples to the service provider site if needed.To participate and prepare for the tender documents.To effectively build the short/medium/long term sales pipelines and manages the necessary levels of sales leads and opportunities especially under your territory accounts.To prepare and present customer sales presentations (relevant products) and participates in all sales activities.To plan and organize the activities in order to ensure efficient and effective sales support, field service, technical and applications support are provided.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree or Master degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology or related field.Must have good knowledge in Genomics field. Experience in Microarray & Next Generation Sequencing is an added advantageRequired skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well in English & BM, aggressive & resourceful, self -driven, result orientated and able to work independently.Highly adaptable and independent.Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships.Must be willing to travel outstation.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess a valid driving license and own vehiclesIf you feel you have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
