Job Description

Responsibilities:Operations• Manage and supervise 3 divisions (Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger) to deliver services in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with company policies, Sarbannes Oxley (SOX) , legal and statutory requirements .• Monitor daily operations and review tasks performed by team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.People Management• Manage team resources to ensure smooth running of daily operations ie timely recruitment, planning and assigning tasks, coaching and development and performance management.• Coach and develop team members to meet service standards through structured training and on the job coaching.• Provide guidance to team members to resolve issues.Continuous Improvement• Proactively identify, propose and implement standardisation, best practices and continuous improvement opportunities• Work closely with regional HQ and global HQ to ensure alignment of goals.Transition Activities• Ensure all transition activities are carried out in accordance with project timelines• Develop process documents and training materials and conduct training for onboarding of new team members• Conduct process mapping and fit gap analysis with local countries. Identify process gaps and update process documents• Work with local companies to prepare the knowledge transfer plan• Supervise team members on work shadowing and ensure tasks and work steps are documented. Review work instructions prepared by team members.• Work with IT on systems implementation e.g. scanning and workflow solutions , ebanking cash application systems etc.• Develop test scripts, user role matrix and perform system readinessRequirements:• Degree in Accounting/Finance and professional accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA or CPA).• Member of MIA• Minimum 8 years of working experience in SSC Environment, with minimum 5 years of managerial experience.• Experienced working in an ERP (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) environment.• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment• Experienced working in a shared service or MNC environment is an added advantage.• Strong knowledge of accounting , internal controls , US GAAP and SOX requirements• Strong MS Excel skills• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills• Strong interpersonal and people management skillsRemuneration:Basic + Benefits
