Job Description

Responsibilities and duties

Help reinforce and ensure proper governance procedures were in place for deal sign offWork closely with commercial managers, sales team, business leaders etc and provide timely support to help make a critical decision on sales strategy for new businessActively communicate with country representatives for pricing and costing information updatesSet up and maintain a systematic commercial database for historically closed deals as well as prevailing benchmarking data for counties in the regionAssist in pricing and costing process for regional as well as the global response on the new business proposalFollow up with divisional business leaders/ local commercial contacts/ sales and client solutions team on pricing and any other commercial related queries or issuesTo assist with post bid coordination with the change management team (transition of new business) to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and tracking actual performance and contract negotiationDevelop an in-depth understanding of country-specific labour costing and overheads allocationsPromote awareness of governess procedures and assist the production of playbook/ training materials for the region

Key Competencies and Qualification

Education Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred;CPA/CA - part/ fully qualified;Minimum 5 - 6 years experience in finance/accounting and/or at a Specialist level preparing and analyzing management reports, forecast modelling and performing sensitivity analysis;Big 4 experience highly advantageous;Highly detail-oriented and capable of analysing data with creativity and innovation in mind;Extremely organised and methodical in your approach to work and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time;React quickly to last-minute change, capable to learn new system and procedures with minimal supervision;Available for overtimes on occasion is a must (eg meeting RFP submission deadline)Must be a team and results-oriented with a high level of commitment;Excellent analytical skills, able to handle a high volume of data with the ability to articulate complex business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolutionExcellent interpersonal/communication skills;Proficient in English (both written and spoken) Ability to effectively interact with and adapt to both Asian and Western business management style/culture;Strong MS Excel data manipulation skills - pivot table, lookups, complex excel formula as a minimalExperience with PeopleSoft, TM1, OneDrive will be an advantage;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities/parties/ different time zone
