What You'll Need to Perform:
Collaborate with customer to outline the project/ needs/ requirements.To attend to the tender process of the open projects.To work with architects, engineers and clients to determine on the specifications of a project and plan the construction operations and schedule each phase of the time scale.Negotiate contracts and provide a quotation to the customer base on the internal costing.Negotiating/ source for external vendors.Amend the contract to reach a profitable agreement that all parties are satisfied.To obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities.To determine necessary resources or vendor for the projects.To determine the resources required for each aspect of the projects e.g. equipment needed, materials and labour.Hire contractors for the build and allocate responsibilities and task to ensure the project is completed efficiently.Attended the site visitation and maintain a good relationship with the clients and opt for sales opportunities.
What We're Expecting From You:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
Working Location & Operation Hours:
The company is located at Putra Point Commercial Centre, Subang Jaya.The working hours start from 0800 - 1700.
