Job purposeWe are looking for an a committed structured and enthusiastic Commercial Manager to drive the points conversion points issuance redemption and members acquisition with our Financial Services partners across the regions The candidate will work within a fast paced fun and collaborative environment establishing and managing simultaneous partner relationships while defining and delivering campaigns to drive ambitious revenue targets The ability to work closely with partners and take ownership for projects with a lot of autonomy is essential even if strong support will be provided by the management and the regional team Duties and responsibilities and bull Conduct market assessment and identify addressable partners in terms of fit and scalability and bull Approach and establish relationship with new partners personal contact and rapport with key decision-makers of target accounts and bull Perform sales activities and negotiations with major accounts in consultation with management and bull Collaborate closely with the regional team to define strategies and priorities and ndash coordinate the actions required for the accounts internally with the other departments and bull Ensure flawless execution of the programs post contracts agreements and meet regularly with Financial Services partners and update them on the results of the campaigns and bull Understand all partners and rsquo business goals objectives KPI and rsquo s and key decision makers - understand their business objectives and propose marketing solutions with the usage of BIG Points to help them attain their objectives identify clear KPIs and targets for the success of the utilization of the points for the partner and bull Balance partners and rsquo requirements with the needs of the business while manage expectations and bull Review progressive sales numbers against forecast on a daily and monthly basis and bull Design marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners and measure and share results to drive continuous improvement with respect to acquiring developing and retaining customers and bull Plan schedule prioritize and coordinate marketing communication and assets across all channels and ndash understand the partners channels and work with the partner to push AirAsia Big promotions through their channels and to their base and bull Refine segments promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion customer retention and campaign ROI and ndash work with AirAsia Big Marketing team Legal and Life Cycle Management LCM to propose campaign plans that will meet the business objectives of the partners and bull Become versed in loyalty marketing and use that knowledge to advice clients effectively and ndash ensure smooth customer experience across channels for the campaigns and bull Address members concerns rapidly and ensure that queries are resolved at their satisfaction and bull Participate in budget planning exerciseQualifications and bull Candidate must possess at a minimum a Bachelor and rsquo s Degree in business preferably and bull At least 5 years of working experience in a B2B commercial sales experience preferably in credit card card spending and card acquisition and bull Able to build strong working relationships at all levels and bull Commercially-savvy proactive and possessing a positive attitude and bull Understanding of digital technology and its possibilities and bull High standards for customer experience and bull Able to overcome obstacles to execute flawlessly and bull Strong project management skills with attention to detail and drive to make things happen results oriented and bull Strong communicator both internally and with clients and bull Experience in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns preferable and bull Innovative and fresh thinking with a passion for solving problems and an ability to inspire others
