PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Maintain and Create Salesand Purchase Contract for both Crude and Products, effectively managing all hydrocarbon sales and purchase SAP contracts for the refinery.Crude purchase/Sales – SIETCO and any third party suppliersProduct purchase/Sales – Shell Malaysia and any third party suppliersSupport new hydrocarbon trading customer exploration to grow trading customer base for the refinery, focal point for registration of new hydrocarbon trading customer and vendor via form and deal with MRD Team in detail.CE&S focal point for new commercial operations of Port Dickson Installation (PDI) gantry sales to third party customers and front liner to receive all purchase order and update orders in SAP/OMEGA accordingly. Resolve any issues arising from prompt order amendments, addition or cancellations for all PDI gantry customers.Manage Palm Oil Methyl Ester (POME) scheduling for the refinery, including scheduling of POME replenishments to manage stock level optimally and avoid stock out of POME which would immediately stock out diesel sales at the gantry.Manage TSW Nomination and vessel creation in SAP to enable smooth loading and discharge operations in the refinery.Create OASShipments/ Nominations and new material code in SAP/OAS to enable smooth loading and discharge operations in the refinery.Document controller support for CE&S Procedure & Working Practices, all import and export Letter of Credits (LC). Ensure documents are checked and presented to banks timely. Assist to ensure that LC trades are executed smoothly.Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition, Material Requisition for CE&S department requirementsPerforms Service Entry in SAPPerforms Work Order to order PPEMaintain the stock control on CE&S PPE items, stationeries, general CE&S office housekeeping etc.Assist as back-up for oil loss claims analysis, follow through claim approval and payment processing.Assist as back-up as Account Payable / Account Receivable (AP/AR) analyst. Performs all AP/AR activities when incumbent is away.Assist as back-up for margin hedging mid office activities.JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:1. Degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering or equivalent.High level of computer literacy is required.Ability to work with SAP is essential.Prior SAP and oil industry knowledge will be an advantage.High degree of numerical/accounting skill is essential.2. High analytical aptitude3. Strong communication and team working skills, including an ability to deal cross-functionally within various HRC departments to enable smooth gantry and other hydrocarbon loading and discharge operations.4. Ability to work independently, self-confident and able to self-regulate well.5. Ability to pick up concepts very quickly, strategize well and proceed to apply theory to action in a LEAN and sustainable manner. 6. Ability to work under pressure/deadlines.7. Able to demonstrate Commercial awareness and mind-set.
