Job responsibilitiesTo assist the Company Secretary to manage and handle a portfolio of companiesPerform corporate secretarial duties i e incorporation prepare board resolutions and minutes etc To assist the Company Secretary to attend meetings and prepare the minutes of meetingsPrepare directors and members resolution minutes of meeting annual returns and other secretarial documentsMaintain statutory books and to ensure that they are kept properly and duly updated Support the Company Secretary on the full range of company secretarial functionsJob requirementsCandidate must possess at least Professional Certificate Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Corporate Secretarial Practices or its equivalent Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantageGood knowledge of using MS Word Excel and Power PointPleasant personality and able to work independently5 working days per weekFull-time positions onlyFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
