Job DescriptionIncorporation of companies including co-ordinating and getting complete information and supporting documents from clients and drafting of resolutions Good knowledge of all regulatory requirements in respect of Companies Act Chapter 50 Knowledge of clientele business communicates well with clients develops good client relationships and provides prompt and good customer service Co-ordinate communicate and work well with staff from other departments within the organisation with the ultimate objective to meeting the deadlines of holding AGM and filing of annual returns and requisite resolutions within regulatory timeframes Good knowledge and well versed in computer usage within the organisation and the use of ACRA bizfile systems Job RequirementsAble to communicate with English speaking clients Tertiary education Proficient in MS Excel MS Word MS Outlook and ACRA Bizfile system 4 years relevant work experience in corporate secretarial firm Ability to master and use internal developed software Travel to different locations in Singapore for work purposes
