Job Description

ICSA qualification or business studies or equivalent acedemic background.Those candidates without qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered.Working experience in corporate secretarial practice will be an added advantage, however, on the jobs training will be provided for fresh graduatesGood interpersonal communication skills and good working attitude to work well with people at all levels.Assist the company secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties and administrative matters.Managing a portfolio of clients independently.Assist in maintaining and updating of statutory books and records of clients on timely basis to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2016.Assist in incorporation of new companies, preparation of statutory forms, Annual Return using MBRS tools, resolutions, minutes and other corporate secretarial documents and ensure proper filing system.Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns and forms with the SSM and to ensure all compliance and deadlines are met.Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.Ensure prompt response and delivery of assignments to clients.Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure clients’ compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
