Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Able to handle all corporate secretarial jobs of private clients from incorporation to liquidation

Arrange and schedule board meetings and committee meetings

Ensure compliance of Companies Act

Attend directors' meetings, AGM / EGM

Handle business meetings with clients and dealings with business associates, and to manage staff

Familiar with the handling of transfer of shares and e-stamping, registration of foreign companies and its annual fillings

Prepare and draft corporate resolutions to effect change of officers of companies, change of signatories and preparation of AGM documents

Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients and liase with external company secretaries / lawyers for overseas subsidiaries on secretarial matters



Job Requirements



Candidate should possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Law or LS issued by CCM or Recognised Accounting Degree or equivalent professional qualifications or part qualified ICSA

At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate secretarial firms

Resourceful, committed and keen to develop a long term career in secretarial firm

Able to take on challenges and meet tight datelines

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
