Job Description

To assist Company Secretary in all aspect of secretarial duties & functions and ensure compliance of all relevant statutory requirement and guidelines

Maintain and ensure that statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time

To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the management from time to time

Work closely with a designated team to successfully deliver client projects on time and within budget



Requirements





Relevant Diploma/Degree or professional qualification





Good writing and communication skills and willingness to innovate and contributing to the firms and clients





Positive attitude with ability to handle the work assigned professionally





Ability to analyze and interpret financial data





Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision, multi-task



Fluent speaking & writing in Mandarin are advantage

Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
