Job Description

The Compliance Technical Writer will be responsible for developing writing and editing technical manuals and specifications as well as process management The Regulatory Compliance Writer will work as part of the Regulatory Compliance team and will work closely with team leaders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver compelling content The Regulatory Writer will assist with formatting and rigorous copyediting Essential Responsibilities Assist with the development of technical manuals and specificationsCreate universal templates for Standard Operating Procedures Testing Specifications Design Specification and PoliciesStandardize content across documentsOrganize and write supporting documents for productsUse photographs drawings diagrams animation and charts that increase users understandingRevise documents as new issues ariseAssist with the development of technical manuals and specificationsKnowledge Skills and Abilities Ensures Accountability and ndash holding self and others accountable to meet commitmentsCommunicates Effectively and ndash developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesDrives Vision and Purpose and ndash painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to actionOrganizational Savvy and ndash maneuvering comfortably through complex policy process and people-related organizational dynamicsManages Complexity and ndash Make sense of complex high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
