• Perform audit and governance on the configuration management process for ITSM to maintain the CMDB to ensure data integrity and accuracy.• Work with towers and CI owners on ensuring the data integrity.• Maintain the recertification process on supported data related to CI entries.• Creating and updating knowledge base for CMDB.• Function as a key contributor to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) processes for both Service-now ITSM environments.• Gathering and reporting on process metrics and involved in supporting future tool release upgrades (i.e. Testing).• Communicate to requesters on the information needed.• Meeting SLA and dealing with issues and escalation.• Communicate and work together with global process owners and ITSM colleagues in other geography region.• Provide support and guidance to the technical teams on queries related to CIs and CMDB. -Work with Configuration Automation & Architecture teams on the standards for categorizing infrastructure components.• Updating the catalog with approved values from Architecture teams.• Perform updates to the CI when any assistance needed from the team.• Facilitate in region Configuration Management training as needed especially for NEOP.Requirement:• Relevant knowledge and exposure to various ticketing tools. Preferably ServiceNow• Configuration experience in following modules (Change Management, Problem Management, Incident & Request Management, CMDB, Asset Management) is a plus point.• ITIL Foundation Level Certification (or better)• Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Experience in asset and configuration item identification, baseline definition, relationship mapping, and CMDB administration.• Must be a team player – friendly, communicative, open, honest, thoughtful and committed• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong proven leadership skills• Strong analytical skills
