Job Description

This role is responsible for product implementation, system training, client service and ongoing account management

Key Responsibilities

Product Implementation
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Oracle Aconex system and other CEGBU productsFacilitate discussions to gather client’s requirements to configure projectProvide a Project settings report and other documents where requiredManage the implementation process to ensure time schedule and deliverables are met, and resource consumption is tracked and controlled within project allocationFacilitate meetings with client and other key stakeholders to handle concerns, overcome resistance to change and drive system adoption

Professional Services/Consulting
Deliver Professional Services in accordance with scope in Service OrderAcquire understanding of industry processes in order to provide best practice advice to clientsDrive proper use of system through various available training resource, such as user workshops, online training, self-paced learning, etcIdentify gaps in essential knowledge and tailor training solutions/ follow up sessions to promptly address them

Account Management/ Client ServicesProactively maintain working relationships with key clients and stakeholders Make contacts at appropriate intervals and execute to an account management planAct as local contact to collate and manage customer requests, system related issues, service escalations Liaise with technical support and product development team to obtain solution/update on issue and maintain communication with clientsConduct project review meetings and promote best practice Help client attain value from the systemPromotionWork closely with Sales team to promote and scope Professional Services•dentify upsell and cross sell opportunities

Administration/ Reporting
Maintain customer interaction and professional services delivery recordsUse administrative and relationship management tools to record, manage daily activities and submit time records promptly on weekly basis

Candidate Requirements

Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFluent in Bahasa Indonesia (Candidate has to speak local language due to business dealings in Indonesia)(in order to liaise with the Bahasa Indonesia speaking associates)Persuasive presentation skills, ability to influence various groups ranging through executives, management to technical and administrationStrong computer and internet skills, with proven ability to quickly learn new applicationsExperience in IT / cloud solutions implementation and consultingExposure to construction, engineering, and resources industriesExperience with Project Management, Scheduling, Cost solutionsAccount Management / Client Relationship Management experienceSoftware Training / technical trouble shooting experienceCan expect at least monthly overseas travel to client / project site location
