Job Responsibilities Prepare tender document conduct tender opening and attend tender negotiation interviewAnalyze tender pricing prepare documents such as memo supporting documents for Management approvalPrepare letter of award and agreementCheck evaluate and prepare payment certificate for progress claim by contractorLiaise closely with Consultants and contractors on related mattersManage the compliance of contract related document Insurance policies Performance Bond etc Contract Administration duties such as filing scanning and documents for approval trackingRequirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Business Studies Administration Management Property Development Real Estate Management or equivalent Required languages Bahasa Malaysia EnglishAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property Real Estate or equivalent Full-Time positions available
