Japanese CompanyMLM Selling healthcare products5 Days WorkResponsibilitiesOverseeing company and rsquo s corporate legal compliance business and product licensing affairs Handling products and rsquo regulatory affairs e g registration and quality assurance e g good distribution practise with NPRA Product advertisement filings and renewals with MAB Designing and organising regular compliance training program internal and external Direct selling business marketing plans and promotion related submissions and maintenance with MDTCA Monitoring data privacy initiative and maintenance e g PDPA Assist with developing and managing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the lawsTo lead coordinate and strengthen the legal and regulatory function To alert the management of any regulatory risks or irregularities which may be impacting the normal product supply and to recommend corrective or contingency strategies To update the management of any future development insight of new governmental policies regulations codes etc so that company will be better to prepare ahead adapt compliantly or improve the processes in a timely manner To liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders e g cross-functional team government bodies associations consultants lawyers in a professional manner and to challenge the status quo when neededTo develop and keep an organized record documentation of all company product licenses commercial contracts technical dossiers SOPs holograms record etc so that it will be easily retrievable To ensure all licenses permits agreements will be duly renewed in a timely fashion To monitor on members and rsquo incompliant acts and codes of conducts etc and propose remedial actions on such breaches Requirements3 years working with legal compliance and or regulatory affairs related matters Auditing and or internal control experience will be added advantageStrong understanding of local and international legal regulatory guidelines standards and trends Ability to work independently but also possesses strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams A keen eye for details and great analytical problem solving and conflict resolution skills Negotiation skills with both internal and external parties Salary will be discussed during interview depends on working experience and qualificationWorking Hours 9am-6pm Mon-FriFor more details please email to email and 160 protected
