Job Description

Japanese CompanyMLM (Selling healthcare products)5 Days Work

Overseeing company’s corporate / legal / compliance / business & product licensing affairsHandling products’ regulatory affairs (eg registration) & quality assurance (eg good distribution practise) with NPRAProduct advertisement filings & renewals with MABDesigning & organising regular compliance training program (internal & external)Direct selling business, marketing plans & promotion related submissions & maintenance with MDTCAMonitoring data privacy initiative & maintenance (eg PDPA)Assist with developing and managing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the lawsTo lead, coordinate & strengthen the legal & regulatory function
To alert the management of any regulatory risks or irregularities which may be impacting the normal product supply & to recommend corrective or contingency strategies

To update the management of any future development/insight of new governmental policies, regulations, codes etc so that company will be better to prepare ahead, adapt compliantly or improve the processes in a timely manner

To liaise effectively with both internal & external stakeholders (eg cross-functional team, government bodies, associations, consultants, lawyers) in a professional manner & to challenge the status quo when needed

To develop & keep an organized record/documentation of all company/product licenses, commercial contracts, technical dossiers, SOPs, holograms record etc so that it will be easily retrievable

To ensure all licenses/permits/agreements will be duly renewed in a timely fashion

To monitor on members’ incompliant acts & codes of conducts etc & propose remedial actions on such breaches


3+ years working with legal, compliance and/or regulatory affairs related mattersAuditing and/or internal control experience will be added advantageStrong understanding of local and international legal/regulatory guidelines, standards and trendsAbility to work independently, but also possesses strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teamsA keen eye for details and great analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsNegotiation skills with both internal and external parties
Salary will be discussed during interview (depends on working experience and qualification)

Working Hours 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
