You will be working with the best professionals in the receivable financing business.Dynamic, Energetic and Team SpiritedGo getter and Driven for SuccessPassionate about reaching success in your careerResponsibilities:Assist in the management of Public Relations with external parties Creates, manages and grows business presence across online and social media platforms with responsibility in line with PR and MediaPlanning, executing and managing communications programmes and media management in support of the Bank s objectives and Brand ValuesEnsure that the brand vision and image of the organization is maintained and supported in all marketing communications i.e. web, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.Plan and manage CEO s internal and external profileBuild and manage relationships with reporters and editorsManage and implement the Bank’s crisis communications strategy as requiredImplement and monitor an editorial calendar to support external communications objectivesWrite byline articles in line with business and strategic objectives for publication in target media • Pitch bylined articles and key messages to target mediaDevelop key messages and briefing notes for key spokespeople ahead of media interviews • Arrange media events and roundtablesRepurpose internal articles and Q&A for media useCraft key messages for media related initiatives such as interviews, press conferences and press releasesInvolve in various Financial related agenda: quarterly results, announcements and media briefingsAssist in the production of annual reports and editorial reviewsProvide Communications support for Country functions, e.g. Human Resources, Technology & Operations, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Risk and so forthRequirements:A recognised Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional DegreeAt least 5 years of working experience, with people management exposure specializing in Public Relations / Communications or any of its related fieldPossess strong communication and leadership skillsGood writing, analytical and research skillsAbility to create, execute and manage projects under tight deadlinesGood project management, problem solving, negotiation, analytical and time management skillsPreferably Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
