As a Corporate Inside-Sales Specialist, you will need toCultivate and build closer customer relationship with clients who are mainly from SMB market segmentCold call prospective customers to acquire new accountPosition IT infrastructure solutions for hardware, software and services ranging from endpoint devices to critical server and network systems For sizable projects, you will need to work closely with Account Manager for better coverageConduct follow up with customers and manage the sales cycle
What do you need to be successful
Minimum 1 year sales experienceA diploma or degree in any field (Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or Business would be an advantage)Good interpersonal skillsGood communication skills and fluent in English (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be an advantage)Interest and eager to learn and gain additional knowledge
