Responsibilities To ensure all corporate events are landed smoothly by liaising closely with respective clubs and corporate partnersTo coordinate with marketing team on corporate collateralsTo ensure regular engagements with all corporate partners with regular service call and e-quarterly newsletterTo support in preparing corporate partnership documentationTo ensure prompt renewals of corporate agreementsTo ensure all queries on corporate invoice accounts matters are attended to on timely matterTo ensure corporate partnership database information are complete and updated regularlyTo build and track corporate leads database including cold calling and lead qualifyingTo provide pro-active support on retention by identifying potential risk members and work with the respective clubs to provide engagement and encourage member visitationTo promote and provide event support on Battle of the Suits to current and potential partnersTo attend promptly to corporate email account inbound and outbound emails on daily basisTo perform any other corporate administrative duties as deem fitRequirements Possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin Sales Management or equivalentCandidate must have minimum 2 years of working experience in admin or sales backgroundExperience in event management customer service fitness industry is preferredGood communication skills and good command of the English languageOrganized confident assertive hardworking and focusedPassionate about fitness and understands the value of the productHave high level of professionalism honesty and integrity and excellent work ethics as well as well groomedComputer literate MS office
