Position Summary:Main task is to manage and drive sales ambassadors in the areas of lead generation, follow-ups and conversion to sales to achieve targets.Responsibilities:Manage and drive sales ambassadors in the areas of lead generation, follow-ups and conversion to sales to achieve targetsSetting of personal targets for sales ambassadors in alignment with company volume targets.Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.Work closely with marketing team to implement marketing strategies and proactively provide feedback on customer needs.Guide sales ambassadors to resolve customer complaints.Manage the submission of activity and results reports of sales ambassadors (e.g. daily call reports and weekly work plans).Grow and maintain sales ambassadors via recruitment and training.Manage the timeliness and accuracy of documentation submissions.Maintain consistent communication with relevant teams including payment, auction, logistics and inspection to ensure that sales process is smooth.Maintain knowledge of automotive industry, especially in the area of used vehicles.Qualifications and Experience:4 to 6 years’ experience in field of sales, with experience managing sales team.Enthusiasm and knowledge in automotive industry is crucial.Equipped with good negotiation skills.Able to motivate sales team.Able to work under pressure to meet targets.Attention to detail.Good time management.Good communication skills, written and verbal.Self-starter, able to work with minimum direction and supervision.Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
