Responsibilities and bull Assisting in corporate secretarial work including routine standard advisory work and bull Assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings and bull Assist in providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client and rsquo s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and bull Regularly review update and maintaining proper records of clients and rsquo KYC CDD compliance and bull Maintaining proper updates of companies and rsquo registers and statutory records and bull Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow quick turnaround time of clients work and maintaining high level clients and rsquo services and bull Assist in cross selling of other services provided by the Group when the opportunity arises Requirements and bull Candidate must possess at least an ICSA qualification or is at final stage of completing ICSA course or equivalent qualification and bull Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis and bull At least 1 and ndash 2 years and rsquo experience in Corporate Secretarial work and bull Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements and bull Acceptable command of English language and bull Meticulous and organized individual with initiative and bull A good team player
