Job Description

General responsibilities

Provide timely and relevant corporate secretarial support to clients;

Draft business reports and official correspondences in English and Bahasa Melayu;

Prepare resolutions for Members/Shareholders and Board of Directors;

Maintain Company's statutory records as required under the Companies Act 2016; and

Handle government authorities such as Companies Commission of Malaysia and Securities Commission and third parties such as statutory auditor and bank officers

General requirements

Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bacherlor's Degree/Professional Degree in Secretarial or equivalent;

Required language(s)English, Bahasa Cina and Bahasa Melayu;

No work experience required;

Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office;

Independent and self-motivated;

Able to take on challenges and meet tight deadlines;

Good interpersonal and communication skills; and

Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu


Monthly salary up to RM2,300;

Yearly salary increment and performance bonus;

Overtime convertible to replacement leave;

Near to Ara Damansara LRT station;

Minimum 14 days of annual leave per year;

EPF, SOCSO andEISincluded; and

Flexible clock-in and clock-out working hours
