RESPONSIBILITIESManages and monitors the review and renewal of a portfolio of large corporate contract financing and project financing accounts Keeps tracking of the progress of all the accounts assigned Assists Relationship Managers to prepare the preliminary requirements as per Bank and rsquo policies for credit evaluations and recommendations Monitors and coordinates or liaise with Head Office Departments and branches to ensure actions taken such as issuance of Letter of Offer disbursement of approved facility and compliance to the approved conditions precedent and post-disbursement conditions Prepares instruction memos to commence security documentation for disbursement of facility Facilitates drawdown rollover of facility Resolves Relationship Manager feedback and communication activities Performs site-visit with Relationship Managers if required attends meetings with other support units within the Bank to expedite the preparation of CAM FAM disbursement drawdown of facility and other related administrative operational tasks Participates in account client planning session by Relationship Manager in order to give input where necessary Prepares reports and statistics for Management Committee REQUIREMENTSProfessional Qualification Degree in Finance Accounting Banking or other related disciplines Minimum 7 years experience in financial services industry with strong credit background Strong knowledge in business credit and familiar with Corporate Commercial and SME issues policies and trends in the industry Has good knowledge and understanding in credit assessment financial analysis and risk management Must have exposure in managing portfolio of Large corporate accounts - well-verse with contract financing syndication loan project financiang Able to work independently has strong initiative with positive attitude Has good interpersonal skills good writing and communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu Certified Credit Professional CCP qualification is an added advantage Computer literate with good command in Microsoft Office - Word Excel and Powerpoint If you meet the above criteria please apply online or send your resume and recent passport sized photograph by 30 July 2019 to Head RecruitmentAffin Bank BerhadHuman Resource Division11th Floor Menara Affin80 Jalan Raja Chulan50200 Kuala Lumpur
