The Credit Process Expert Run & Maintain is ultimately responsible for the successful development of solutions, working with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters The Senior Project Manager plans, schedules and controls all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and leadership skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with business partners

Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to deliver large-scale programs and initiativesLead others to drive ongoing program improvements, projects, based on agreed priorities and/or integrated process planProvide leadership, expertise, and technical/operational guidance to the parties involvedAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, as well as balance business needs versus constraintsEstablish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones and completion datesDevelop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestonesParticipate in cross-functional reviews in order to share best practices and/or lessons learned within the program’s scopeMonitor status of all projects within the own pipeline and ensure corrective actions/escalations are followed throughIndependently identify problems (ie system incompatibility, resource unavailability, established process gap, etc) and escalate them, before they become large-scale risk Participate in collaboration for short term solve, until process improvement is implementedEstablish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external business partnersAssess and define customer value or impact and criteria for measuring project successCollaborate with stakeholders on design of new solutions that enhance business value and achieve established goalsEnsure consistent and efficient execution of all projects by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programsProvide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organizationPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science, management, business or finance related fieldDemonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholdersKnowledge of Project Management principles, methods and techniquesKnowledge of solution development lifecycleKnowledge of Business Management principles, methods and techniquesSelf-motivated, results oriented person with a proven track record of on-time project/program delivery for cross-functional projects with minimal supervision/directionIntermediate to Advanced skills in relevant project management softwareExceptional interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutionsExcellent written, verbal, and non-verbal listening, communicating, influencing and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is requiredStrong technical and business aptitudeDemonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraintsAbility to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects, roles and responsibilitiesPersistent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projectsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretionMust have a rigorous approach to problem solving and analytics, as well as produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from dataProject Management Certification PMP, Prince equivalent
